"last checked..." is more of an aside

The lines that say "Last checked against version ..." are not 
part of the contents or the dependencies of a package, they are 
some kind of meta-remarks and are therefore better put between 
parentheses, I think.

Also, it would be nice if these remarks were only made there where 
current version and checked version differ.  In docbook this might 
be undoable, but once moved to custom xml this should be easy to 
make.
