No it doesnt. not really.

MOST bugs will reproduce on most systems. those that dont are generally
toolchain bugs, and wont necessarily reproduce easily under ANY
circumstance.

the first class of bugs arent a problem.

The second class are, but 'proving' them is simply a matter of plugging
numbers into a disassembly of the code in question (assuming a backtrace
can be had).

Without a backtrace, you're largely fscked anyway.
