The configuration step not always is just create files... Sometimes we
run commands, or edit some existing files. I suggest change the
compilation explanation before ./configure to something like:

Next, configure the Makefiles of Glibc.
../glibc-2.3.1/configure --prefix=/usr \
     --disable-profile --enable-add-ons \
     --libexecdir=/usr/bin

And keep the configuration title: "Configuring Glibc".
