cvs: Chapter 6:Revised chroot command

The new chroot command after installing glibc is:

chroot $LFS /bin/env -i \
     HOME=/root TERM=$TERM PS1='\u:\w\$ ' \
     PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin \
     /bin/bash --login

but env is in /usr/bin, because sh-ulits is installed with --prefix=/usr 
and env is not moved to /bin
