FAQ vs. Immediate Answer?

It is at the very least an insult to the maintainer of the FAQ, and the
anyone who may have submitted a section to it.  Ignoring the FAQ is a
clear statement from they newbie that they do not consider this
carefully written documentation to be worth spending their time reading.
