Manpages for these should definitely be present. We do have zcat and
gunzip after all, don't we?

I'd rather remove /bin/{un,}compress than add manpages for those. Compress
is completely obsolete. On the other hand someone might want to check out
"man compress" exactly because he's never heard of it.
