I still reckon we are not Debian :)
Sure, if there's enough agreement that certain programs needs manpages
then, fine. But lets not get all anal about every binary in the system.
Expecting man vi to work is reasonable I s'pose...
Lets not forget why we are here, and the goals of the project.
