3 new bug patches for bash2.05b

I'd suggest something like:

Apply these patches to Bash:
- bash-2.05b-fix_x.patch: this patch fixes bug "X" in Bash.
- bash-2.05b-fix_y.patch: this fixes bug "Y" in Bash.

For each patch above you want to apply, use the following construction:
patch -Np1 -i ../<patch_filename>

Most people that use LFS can do simple shell scripting (and avoids 
bash-dependency in LFS). If someone want to use a shell construction, 
it's up to her/his choice.
