Why static?

Here the testresults of the gcc- and the binutils-pass2.
Differences from cvs book:
- gcc 3.3
- binutils
- gcc- and binutils-pass1 have been compiled dynamically
- gcc-pass2 without c++ (forgot to enable this as I always compile only the
ch. 6 gcc with c++)
- use of a /stage2 directory (everything after the two -pass1 packages)
which includes adaption of the specs patch

If I interpret the results right everything is fine. The reason for the 3
unresolved testcases of binutils' ld tests is the missing g++
