at the end of pure_lfs build there is
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/
in /etc/ld.so.conf

does that need to stay there ( my g++ compiler stops working after removing it )

some files are stop working too
root at zigman:~# man ping
/usr/bin/gtbl: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
groff: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

this file is in the above dir.. but since its not in /etc/ld.so.conf anymore .. it can't find it

that dir never has been in /etc/ld.so.conf before.. or am i doing something from here?
