Indeed.

This could prob' be added to the "Mounting the proc file system" section. I
s'pose the section could be reanmed to ""Mounting the proc and devpts file
systems"

But of course that means we would now be making devpts use mandatory instead
of the cursory mention in Ch 8 like it is now.
