No, this is an issue for the book. The book says to download this 
particular version from a link available at freshmeat 
(http://www.cix.co.uk/~mayday/dev86). There is no bin-0.16.3.tar.gz at 
that location.

There is more trouble as lilo-22.2 is gone also.

Time to move to grub?
