Docbook admonitions

Hi

While looking into some of the book's presentation defects, I've stumbled
across these admonition thingos..

Some of the ugly caution boxes could be gotten rid of if we decided to
include some small graphics. The default graphics as supplied with the DSSSL
pkg are very ordinary, but they serve to demonstrate the idea:

A crappy example, but hopefully the point is made.

It's just a simple tweak of the lfs.dsl stylesheet to implement it.

With better graphics, worthwhile pursuing or not? Surely someone has looked
into this before.

Of course, all might go out the window if the move to custom XML happens..
