Rendering specific parts of the book

I hope this isn't common knowledge already.  If you want to render a
small part of the book just to check the output without waiting for
the whole book to be processed, I see that the following works:

xsltproc --stringparam rootid "$1" -o $1.html \
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/html/docbook.xsl \
~/LFS/BOOK/index.xml

An example invocation could be:

<scriptname> ch05-bzip2

This would create a tiny html page with just the chapter 5 bzip2
section.  Not all links will work correctly with all pages, but you
can at least check your work without rendering the whole book.
