gcc error with specs-1.patch an not using /tools

i just ran into the problem, that gcc will produce corrupt binaries when using
the gcc-3.3.2-specs-1.patch and a "non-book" location for the /tools directory
a simple

   sed -e "s@/tools@$MY_TOOLS at g" gcc-3.3.2-specs-1.patch > my-specs-1.patch

helped me.
