ch6: kernel headers - chown

cvs/chapter06/kernel.html currently says:

"In light of this, you might want to run chown -R 0:0 on the
linux-2.4.24 directory to ensure all files are owned by user root."

This sounds like the chown is optional. However, if it is not done, the
header files being copied to /usr/include end up with wrong uid+gid.
Wouldn't it be better to make that chown mandatory?
