copying the header files from /tools/include

Nicer would be to just plain copy them from the ch5 unpacked linux
tarball.

Even better if the $LFS tree is created early you could just
double up and copy the headers into /tools and $LFS/usr/include at the
same time. All that would be required ch6 is chowning them root.
