6.0-testing linux-libc-header vs. kernel headers

As far as I understand, the above means, that "Chapter5:Linux-2.6.7 headers" 
is obsolete, and
configure options for glibc should be changed from :
	--with-headers=/tools/glibc-kernheaders
to:
	--with-headers=/tools/incude
in chapter 5 and to:
	--with-headers=/usr/incude
in chapter 6

Is that right?
