Purpose of the FAQ

Bug http://bugs.linuxfromscratch.org/show_bug.cgi?id=846 was seemingly
created with the assumption that the FAQ is a trouble-shoot document for
the book. However, the FAQ is intended to document frequently asked
questions which can't be documented in the book because it's outside the
scope of the book or is caused by information available after release.
Also see the FAQ manifesto
(http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/manifesto.html), which clearly
states that a FAQ should only be included due to *user* questions, not
due to developer request.
It seems to me that the minimal host requirements should be documented
in the book itself, since the book should be able to teach a user
without the FAQ. If the book causes confusion because of common user
error, then that info should be added to the FAQ.
Thus, I propose to render this bug invalid.
