At the very bottom of the page in the "Contents of Linux"
section it says this:

"The kernel headers

define the interface to the services that the kernel provides.
The headers in your system's include directory should always be
the ones against which Glibc was compiled and should therefore
not be replaced when upgrading the kernel."

Should this be re-worded now that the raw headers (what Glibc
was compiled against) are not in the system include directory
any longer?
