(Moving this thread from lfs-book to lfs.dev and crossposting to website
because wiki-related.)

I created a wiki page about markup and style, which (I hope!) will be
useful to write down and look up BCPs we define (or find elsewhere):

http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/index.php?pagename=MarkupAndStyle

Would be nice to see discussion about this moved to the wiki. A post on
lfs-dev would be appropriate when a consensus has been reached.
