LFS-6.0 will include linux-2.6 & NTPL support. As the thread
highlighted, in order to get NPTL support, our hosts need to be running
a 2.6 kernel. Therefore there is only one way forward - mention it as a
pre-requisite and request that the user upgrade their host if necessary.
This requirement is already in the 6.0/HEAD branches of CVS. Pointing
to available documentation either within the book (chapter 8?) or
external references (TLDP) are of course welcome if they will educate
the user and aid them in getting their LFS system up and running.
