System.map

Im chapter 8, kernel.html the System.map file is copied using the 
following command:

cp System.map /boot/System.map-2.6.8.1

However according to this page:

http://www.dirac.org/linux/system.map/

it needs to be called /boot/System.map for klogd (and other programs) to 
be able to find it.

I think you can solve this in two ways:

1. Create a symlink, assuming klogd accepts symlinks
2. Copy the file to /boot/System.map
