man-db-2.4.4 large man pages bug

I've just finished building LFS-SVN20070731 and after some tests observed,
that looking at larger man pages (for example, bash), would produce a
grotty output error, if the man page read was prematurely aborted by
pressing the 'q' key.

Some search on google and it seems that this is a known bug and the Debian
testing archive has put out a fix for it.

Haven't recompiled yet, but what do you guys think of this?
