Two questions:
1. Do you think it likely that the second pass of GCC in such a build
would bootstrap okay?
2. Is there any technical reason why a bootstrap of GCC in pass1 is now
more favorable than the second pass? Or is it just a confidence builder
early in the game? I could be wrong, but it seems to me that a bootstrap
of the second pass when it is linking against our new temporary Glibc
would be more revealing as to the sanity of our temporary tools and that
everything was moving along as it should.
