I'll fix it. Just for completeness, in Documentation/devices.txt in
the kernel, it also says:

203 char        CPU CPUID information
                  0 = /dev/cpu/0/cpuid          CPUID on CPU 0
                  1 = /dev/cpu/1/cpuid          CPUID on CPU 1

So, that's probably pretty definitive. I'll fix it up.
