Glibc: --enable=kernel=???

The 2.6.24-rc2-mm1 kernel spams the log with messages like this:

fork(): process `artsd' used deprecated clone flags 0x400000

According to the upstream author of glibc (see 
http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/11/14/6), distributions should not compile glibc with 
such an old --enable-kernel as 2.6.0.
