-1 for "current", because this way two users, one starting from Fedora
and one from Ubuntu, will end up with different glibc binaries.
So let's use --enable-kernel=2.6.2, assuming that the write_net_rules
script (from udev) still works with this old version. If it doesn't,
let's bump the required version further, because it doesn't actually
change host requirements in this case.
