Oops, sorry. I did indeed mis-read your post.

Well, if you're getting differences, you'll have to try and figure out
where they're coming from using ICA style techniques.

Just to confirm, the -fomit-frame-pointer thing only applies on x86 arch.
It all looked fine last time I tested, but I'll re-test with current
sources and see what turns up.
