LFS server power outages

The LFS server will be powered down around 9:50 PM tomorrow (Saturday 
Sep 22) and again on Saturday Sep 29. The downtime will be a few hours 
each time while the datacentre is upgrading their power systems and 
backup power grids. Seeing it's done so late at night it shouldn't 
really affect many of us. I'll make sure the server comes back online 
after they are done, at the latest Sunday morning if I end up going to 
bed when it gets too late in the night.
