package management still a consideration?

I think there is, but it's just actually a matter of stepping forward 
and doing the work. I keep intending to start on a PHP concept page but 
keep getting distracted by something else or find that my time stolen 
away by more pressing matters.

The recent commits I've made to LFS were done because I was working on 
building a system here and felt that I might as well take care of some 
outstanding items as I go.
