Hi Steve, try http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~dj/LFS-20080825/html/.  Unfortunately, it looks like I'll be AWOL for a while longer yet.  I no longer have a PC capable of building LFS (restricted to a locked-down work laptop).  However, I'm sure if you wouldn't mind doing us all a huge favour and testing DJ's changes, someone can commit them to SVN and keep things ticking along.
