Ncurses patches

Hi all,

I noticed that the Ncurses author creates patches against
the 5.6 version. I can't remember if this has been
discussed before, and if it has then my apologies for
not remembering.

Anyway, please read the README file at:
ftp://invisible-island.net/ncurses/5.6/

Seems to me we should be applying:
ftp://invisible-island.net/ncurses/5.6/patch-5.6-20080621.sh.gz
in our Chapter 6 Ncurses build.

Thoughts from others?
