About the future format for LFS

It *should* only require minimal changes.  The header:

will change and some new Docbook packages installed.  Of course this header is 
in every xml file.

The .ent files will probably need changing too.

These changes may require updates to the .xsl style sheets too.

What is needed is for someone to sit down and prototype what needs to be changed 
and then provide the list with details of the changes needed.

Personally, I don't think this is a real high priority.  I'm not sure what the 
effort will buy us.
