JH branch back up to speed

Hey All,

Sorry for the absence. The lfs-JH branch is now back up to speed with 
trunk, although the tickets that were opened for it are still valid and 
that work needs to be done.

My home page on the server had also been broken for some time, it is now 
fixed and the rendered branch can once again be viewed from: 
http://linuxfromscratch.org/~jhuntwork/lfs-JH/
