LFS-SVN: 6.45. Man-DB-2.5.1

Hi

Posting this to the dev list as it isn't really a breakage.

After building man-db.2.5.1 folowing the SVN version of the LFS
book, I notice that man_db.conf is being installed to /usr/etc
instead of /etc.

Checking against my only previous LFS build (6.2 stable) I find
that man_db.conf is in /etc on that box.  (But, as I didn't keep
notes on the LFS part of the install I can't say for sure if that
was down to the build, or me adding a --sysconfdir=/etc and just
not remembering...)

Any thoughts on this would be welcome, as /usr/etc is empty other
than for man_db.conf after completing the LFS book.
Would it be more appropriate to have it install into /etc?
