No, the LFS book will remain the LFS book.

As an option. If somebody wants to automate it (most of us are in that
boat), we provide a set of files and methods that are known to work. We
can't really expect ever user to be good enough of a programmer or
scripter to come up with their own system.
This does mean we will end up with a set of source RPM files or
whichever PM we use as the sample implementation. And at the same time
teach people how to write their own files so when they have
non-LFS/non-BLFS software they can manage their re-installations.
