This is not the first time Texinfo has releases a new version and changed the
checksum on the previous version. Last time it was because of updated license
files. Check the diffs if you like.
From what I understand, gnu.org has a policy of disallowing changes to
uploaded files (all files are read-only, forever), but Texinfo seems to have
a bypass.
I suggest bumping to the new checksum and file, or else there will be bug
reports and bad checksums. I haven't checked the differences, but last time
Texinfo did this the changes were cosmetic (to licenses), and has no effect
on the system.
