Hi all,

just for whom may be interested:

i worked thru the current (20090201) -dev-book with one deviation at glibc.  I 
checked out the glibc tagged as 2.9, tarred it up and used it as a 
replacement for the current 2.8-tarball. The ildoubl-patch is applied here 
separatly too. A first quick review of the log files shows a quite nice 
result with two exceptions:

- Gcc shows five libmudflap failures.
- Perl came up with one failure 
in ../lib/Archive/Extract/t/01_Archive-Extract.t

Google doesn't tell me much about this one.

Everything else seems to compile/check/install fine and even the glibc shows 
nothing except the ignored annexc.out-error.
