Patches for all outstanding 6.5 tickets

I decided to do a manual installation so I can watch what is going on easier. 
For Util-linux-ng-2.16-rc2, I get:

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-fsprobe

The build goes OK though, so we may just need to remove the switch.

Other issues:  gcc gives the mudflap and one other set of failures (I don't 
recall exactly and didn't log it.)

We may want to redo some patches as some apply with offset or fuzz.
