OK, I committed the changes.  I was able to boot into this build and everything 
seemed to work.  Devices were recognized and the network was up.

I did remove the  --with-fsprobe option from Util-linux-ng-2.16-rc2 and made a 
couple of changes to the change log that Matt initially had.

I also fixed the problem Bryan saw with the comments in man-db.

I'm leaving the Util-linux-ng-2.16 ticket open because we haven't quite finished 
that.
