Thanks William.  Originally, I'd put those descriptions in chapter 5's e2fsprogs
and they therefore weren't necessary in chapter 6.  Then, I realised that e2fsprogs
wasn't required in chapter 5 so dropped the whole lot.  I'll commit a fix this evening.
