Possible defect in instructions in ch6 e2fsprogs-1.41.7

The ../configure line in the SVN-20090706 book for e2fsprogs seems to 
not work correctly.  With the new --disable-libblkid and 
--disable-libuuid, I get the following error:

configure: error: external uuid library not found

Which does and doesn't make sense to me.  If I remove the offending 
--disable command and leave the one for libblkid, I get a similar error 
for it too.

When I remove both of those extra commands, configure runs great and I 
can complete a make, make check, etc and install just fine from what I 
can tell.

I noticed that this page just got updated in the changelog.
