LFS-6.5-RC1 released

I understand your concerns, but let me mention an alternative view.  If we wait 
too long, there will be updates to several packages and the longer we wait, the 
more pressure to incorporate those newer packages into the 'upcoming' release.

If we release, we only have to add errata for security issues and can go back to 
  only having to update -dev for newer packages.

6.4 was released in January.  A six month update appears to be reasonable to me.
