I'm afraid you'll have to be more specific.  What patch is missing?  Is it
missing from the instructions, or missing from the download location given in
chapter 3? (I can see it in both locations, so am slightly confused as to
what you are referring to).

Note that I've built the 6.5 branch repeatedly over the last few weeks using
jhalfs and have had no problems.  That's not to say I didn't mess something
up with packaging up the RC2 release though.
