Yeah, probably.
The sed is really long, though; it might break the PDF's line length limit
(or whatever the issue was with long lines and the PDF book). Most of this
is the fact that nptl/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/i486/lowlevellock.S is a
really really long filename, and it doesn't split easily...
But we'll see how it looks.
