despite i didn't really expect it, but it really works!

i just added "rem /lib/libblkid.so*" at the end of the e2fsprog script,
and hat no errors afterwards...

after rebooting the new system, i am prowd owner of a complete
/dev/disk/by-* structure!!

formatting a partitions works fine, the id is existing and available in
/dev/disk/by-id. after a "tune2fs -L" the new label immediatly shows up
in /dev/disk/by-label.
