glibc-2.10.1 make check fails

Taken from a 6.4 build in March:

make[2]: Target `check' not remade because of errors.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/sources/glibc-2.8-20080929'
make[1]: *** [check] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/sources/glibc-build'

The only deviation with that build being the kernel version used, 2.6.29.
