glibc-2.10.1 make check fails

I went ahead and got linux-2.6.30-rc7 (2.6.29 + patch) and make headers_check 
only gives:

/tmp/linux-2.6.29/usr/include/linux/auto_fs.h:17: include of <linux/types.h> is 
preferred over <asm/types.h>

/tmp/linux-2.6.29/usr/include/linux/net_dropmon.h:7: found __[us]{8,16,32,64} 
type without #include <linux/types.h>

/tmp/linux-2.6.29/usr/include/mtd/jffs2-user.h:21: extern's make no sense in 
userspace

So it looks like they are working on it.
