I generally just use the most recent Redhat release during the
install/initial setup process.  Then once it's running, id open up
/etc/webmin/config (iirc, don't have access to box with webmin on it
presently) and manually make the changes to reflect LFS/version number.
[so it doesn't say Redhat 7.2 or what not.  It will actually say
Linux From Scratch 3.2 or what not]

It works quite well that way.  Thou i generally have to change paths
around for some things, depending on where things are installed.
